I went on my Kindle the other day to buy the book “Neuromarketing”, I had heard about it in a podcast. When I searched, I found it, but I also found a similar book. A similar book with a perfect 5 star rating.

I purchased the book with the five star review.
I didn’t reflect on the purchase until after I started reading it and it evidently turned out to be a great book. But what did I expect? The 13 people that purchased Brandfluence, loved it.
Neuromarketing didn’t get the sale because the crowd told me that Brandfluence was better.
How many stars would your company get? If people aren’t reviewing your services or products publicly yet, you can assume that soon they will.
